About the demo

The hello world program of the graphics world is to display a simple object, such as a box.

The Data Arena makes use of the Omegalib graphics library to create and display 3D geometry. If you are interested in learning more about Omegalib, please take a look at the provided tutorial series.

To access the demo download The Virtual Machine.

Please follow the instructions below to get this demo up and running:

Using a Linux shell navigate to /local/examples/box

In the Linux shell enter:

orun LoadBox.py

Enter :q to quit the demo
